Invalid Objects in db

I checked status of all the objects in db and the query returned four invalid objects. The good thing is that none of those objects belongs to sys or system. It's the developer's function and package body. However, I don't think this can be simply fixed by running the utlrp.sql. In this case, should I ask the developer to look into it and maybe recompile the functions and packages? My environment is 11.2.0.2 on solaris 10. Please advice. Thank you very much.
