Duplicate AGIS Batches and organizations showing upgraded users

Hi

We have upgraded from 11i to R12 1.3 and using AGIS when creating transaction initiator LOV showing duplicate records. Then enter the all details and click on submitted. Query the batch the batch as showing duplicate records.

But this will happened upgraded AGIS users, if we create new user and assign the organizations the create transactions no problem.
