Attention: Important Update for US Payroll Customers Impacted by Pennsylvania Act 32

Dear Oracle US Payroll Customer:

This is an important update to notify you about the recent release of patches relating to Pennsylvania Act 32 that are available for immediate download from My Oracle Support. It is strongly recommended that customers with employees in Pennsylvania evaluate and apply these patches as soon as possible.

The Q1 2012 Statutory Update patch delivered updates to some of the PSD codes in order to accommodate the changes done by Vertex in their January and February monthly data updates. Any payroll runs processed after applying the Q1 2012 Statutory Update will therefore have correct PSD codes in the payroll run results and related tables. However, any payrolls processed prior to applying the Q1 2012 Statutory Update will still refer to the old PSD codes and therefore need to be updated.
