Displaying the last modified activity of a service request

Essentially the issue is this: OpenedTime /Creation date /ticket# /status(filter set to display all not closed sr's) /assigned to /last modified is while trying to get a return of the latest modified activity, I will instead return 2 to 3 activities at a time.

After saving the report to staging, I created a mock SR to verify that the last activity would be displayed. Then result was that the last modified activity was saved on the ticket but not displayed in the refreshed report.

Has anyone seen a similar issue? Any feedback is appreciated.
