Invoice data collection test does not appear in R12

Executed steps in note 358831.1  to use Applications Diagnostics responsibility, but Invoice data test mentioned in 732163.1 for R12 is not found.  Also tried accessing this test via Oracle Diagnostics Tools but same result.
