RACCHECK utility failing on Linux x86_64

System details:

Two node RAC

Linux x86_64

Red Hat 4.1.2-46

Oracle 11.2.0.3 Grid

Oracle 11.2.0.2 RDBMS

We are running RACCHECK utility using ORACLE user and it's starting up fine and after few checks it starts to time out.

This happens even if I choose "Enter 3 to skip the root privileged collections".

 Like below:

Collecting - Log Sequence Numbers for ORCL database
Collecting - Percentage of asm disk  Imbalance
Collecting - Process for shipping Redo to standby for ORCL database
Collecting - Redo Log information for ORCL database
Collecting - Standby redo log creation status before switchover for ORCL database
Collecting - CPU Information
