Upgrade for 9i to 10gR2

Hi,

We've upgrade the database for 9i to 10gR2. However, some of the objects that were valid in 9i was invalid in 10gR2? What should be done in the objects? Is it possibel that the upgrade was the cause of those objects to be invalid?
