Could not configure 8.1.1 HOR Siebel Gateway Enterprise server on Win 2003 SP2 Server Machine

Hi All,

Am trying to Configure the OUI wizard for 8.1.1 HOR gateway enterprise on Win 2003 SP2 Server box ,but the process terminates unsuccesfully with "Excecution Failed" popup.Below given are the error messages from different Logs.It seems siebectl is unable to create and start the CreateGatewayService.
