HFR: How to calculate difference between two columns which members selected in prompts

Hi guys,

Just wonder if one of you have done this before.

I want to calculate difference between two columns which members selected in prompts into separate column ==> example: if i selected four activities in prompts, i want to calculate the difference between two scenario for this activities in separate columns.

Please how i should do that.
