Issue when loading xml schema with BI Publisher Template Builder (11.1.1.6)

We use XML schema to design RTF templates. In the latest version, there seems to be a problem with this feature.

When we load an xsd file, a dialog informs us that the data was loaded successfully. After that, another dialog appears (tvwForm) which displays the elements and attributes defined in the schema.
The treeview in the Insert Field dialog displays incorrect structure. (see attached screen shots)

Loading of schema works well in 11.1.1.3 and 11.1.1.5. Is there a workaround for this (aside from loading an xml data)?
