How to install a Totem MP3 plugin in Solaris 11 desktop?

Hello,
I've placed a Fluendo MP3 plugin (libgstflump3dec.so) in /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10 but I'm still unable to play MP3 files.

Does anybody know to get this working?
