Workflow customisation: Embedding seeded Self Service page between standard functions in processes

Hi,

Has anyone come across a requirement like the following and implemented the same? I'm having difficulty in developing this cusomization. Your help is very much appreciated!

The standard Worker Status Change Process has the current navigation:

Current Flow: Process Name - Worker Status Change
HRMS responsibility ->Manager SelfService -> Worker Status Change->Choose the worker -> Effective Date change screen -> Assignment-> Change Location -> Work Schedule -> Select Pay Action -> Change Manager -> SIT screen - > Review Page

Required Flow: Process Name - XX Worker Status change
HRMS responsibility ->Manager SelfService -> Worker Status Change->Choose the worker -> Effective Date change screen -> Assignment->
