Quarters and YearTotal do not aggregate

I have a member that has data in all months, but the quarters and YearTotal do not have data.  I looked to see if there was a formula in the member that would do this.  There is a formula, but it is just rounding the data.   I executed the default aggregation and there was no change. I locked and send the totals and retrieved to zeros again.  Does anyone know what causes this?  Thanks for you help.
