Suspense Manager error while doing the writeoff

We are selecting the CDR file for writeoff in suspense manager. Error "ERR_BAD_READ" encounters while doing the writeoff. We have selected the GPRS record with specific error code and encounter the ERR_BAD_READ while doing the writeoff.

Suspense manager hangs, so we terminated our writeoff operation.

Please suggest the root cause of ERR_BAD_READ error and its solution.
