SL500 error code 8003

Hi all,
I have this SL500 that generated an error code 8003 with the following text : , "SensorPowerFuncs: doPwrSupplyState - Module 2 Power Supply 2 is not operational".
The first impression was that the PSU is dead, but according to DOC ID 1016849.1 it isn't.

The above doc points to a faulty RLE card.
How can I tell which one is faulty without having both parts?
