Database migration from 10gR1 on HP-UX to RAC 11gR2 on IBM-AIX

Hello,

I have to migrate some databases from oracle 10gR1 on HP_UX B.11.23 U ia64 platform to oracle RAC 11gR2 on IBM-AIX power 6 platform with minimal planned downtimes.

Is there a procedure to make this migration?
