Why RDAC driver over native linux device mapper ??

 Hi,
I am  planning to implement a new environment with HP 4xP2000 storage array for RAC installation with ASM. Just have a question that whether to go RDAC driver or a native linux Device mapper. In case if we are going for RDAC driver , what would be the benefits in terms of performance/redundancy..
