Unable to enter item in a sales order

I have items in a Price List (all priced at $0.01). I have a modifier set up to update the selling price as $0.1 and associated the pricelist in issue as a qualifier. Now when I enter items from this price list in the sales order some work, but the rest throw an error "Error(s) occured in Oracle Pricing". when I try to manullay update the price it throws another error "APP-ONT-250271: online discounting is not allowed zero or no list price". Need Help ASAP
