backup to centralized location using OEM grid control ?

Hi all,
We have a few TEST databases (running on different servers), and we want backup them all to one centralized (remote) server disk.
As I understand using OEM grid control I can simply configure backup to the same server disk on which database runs.
But I know that RMAN can make backup from remote database. 

I know about oracle secure backups, but its is very complicated and we do not use tapes

So how using OEM grid control simply configure RMAN (runing on OEM grid control host) to make backups for all remote TEST databases ?
