Personlization in Miscellaneous transaction header

Hi

In Miscellaneous transaction header, want to ristrict the value selected by user by personalization, how to do?

Example: Type : Misc alias receipt , source: there are four value in LOV( A/B/C/D). For a special user, the user only can select part of value(A/B), but cannot select (C/D). Personalization can do this?
