Create Withheld tax line

 Hello,

Can we able to create AWT line (Withheld tax lines) using invoice open invoice interface..? 

OR ,

 can we create AWT line after invoice creation, using any API (Not manually)..?

Pl. do the needful on this.

Performed the steps as follows:

I just loaded two lines into interface lines table one is for ITEM type and another is AWT type, but this invoice got rejected due to standard payable invoice import program with error as > LINE TYPE CANNOT BE AWT

 also, as per the oracle payable's user guide- in the invoice lines interface for the column line_type_lookup_code value cannot be AWT..?
