Receiving items even if job is cancelled or closed

Hi,

I have 2 scenarions one for Cancelled jobs & other for Closed jobs.

1st scenario - I am able to recieve OSP items, even after jobs containing this item are cancelled.

I checked WIP parameters for Outside Processing & 'Propogate Job changes to Purchasing' was mentioned as Automatic, which should propogate job cancellation changes to Purchasing, but that is not happening.

Is there any other Profile Options/Parameters which I need to check?

2nd Scenario - Same happens for the jobs which are closed. I found a note 1261734.1 for applying patch, is there any other solution?
