Period 13
Hello,
Is there an easy way to stop transactions being created in period 13 when period 13 is not open?
Example,
set up a new date pattern with 13 periods where period 12 ends 30/03/2012 and period 13 ends on 31/03/2012 and begin date is 01/04/11
When period 12 is open is there anyway to stop users from posting into period 13, i.e. to stop posting to a future period?
We have changed error level of data items 0066 (PACO) and 4473 (WACO) to leve1 as advised on document E1: 09: Frequently Asked Questions on the Journal Entries Process (P0911/P0900049/F0911) [ID 664767.1]
However, after deploying the data dictionary changes our test results in PY show that when period 12 is open we are still able to post into period 13.
