Combined Analysis

I am trying to create a report to show how many activities there for an account relationship.

e.g. Main Account has 5 account relationships. I want to show how any activities there are for these 5 accounts. Is this possible? I ave tried to do a combined analysis but under accounts and account relationships the # of activities under account metrics is showing the number for the main account.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
