SLM:Requirements response mapping to attribute is not working.

Im trying the following case

Setup

Reusable requirement list

This requirement is mapped to an attribute of an attribute group associated to the common level.

This requirement is attached to the Pre-qualification RFI.When supplier fills the RFI response,we wanted the supplier response to be stored in the supplier (common) record under the attribute page called quality evaluation checklist.

 

Everything is working except that supplier response value is not getting stored in the Quality questionnaire page.

Is there any diagnostic  script available to check?

Not sure why this issue is happening.
