How to create Credit Memo with pending status from order management ?

Hi,

We are trying to import a credit memo from order management with status pending:

1. Set up of the tranaction type AR of the CM -> Status is set to pending

2. Set up order type OM refers to transaction typ which has CM transaction type coupled

3. Created an RMA order.

4. Ran Autoinvoice

5. Credit Memo is imported, but has status open not pending.

How can I get it to be status pending ??
