accessing openLDAP from an Oracle procedure

I am a newbie to LDAP and need some information to get started .I currently have an openLDAP server on another server and need to access the data from an Oracle procedure and then use that data.  I need know how to get started on this.
  • How do I tell my Oracle database (11.x) to connect to  the LDAP server. (ACL's)?
  • What code do I use to tell oracle to go get the data for me?
Any information on how to get started will be appreciated.
