removing a termed user profile from an email notification
I'm looking for the steps to add and delete users from email notifications.
I understand the security (worklist/email user) but I have a termed user who keeps showing up on on one of our autogenerated emails for HR status changes.
I'm assuming that there is also a place that he is directly linked to vs his user profile which is inactive/logged out, without worklist/email preferences.
If anyone could send me the steps to do this I would greatly appreciate it.
