Unable to find patch for r12.txk.b

I am working on an upgrade project for our 12.0.6 instance.  For patch 12686610 I need to be at TXK level B.delta.3 but I am not able to find the TXK level B patch.  Can someone tell me what the patch number is for r12.txk.b.delta.3 ?
