Component Pick Release - Partial

We are on 12.0.6 and organizations are WMS enabled.

If there is no sufficient quantity to fulfill the sales order line demand, we let the pick release to suggest a partial picking and generate a move order.

But in case of component pick release against a discrete job, we would like to backorder (prevent) the suggestion of partial pick if sufficient quantity is not available (of component material) required to complete the discrete job.

How to achieve this?
