T2 Journal Not Created

Hi

During a pay cycle in January the T2 journal was not generated for the pay cycle.  We beleive the T2 journal was not deleted as the document numbers for the T1 and T3 journals for that pay cycle are sequential and would be non sequential if the T2 journal was created and deleted.  Any ideas why this journal entry would not have been generated?  Not seeing this issue for any previous or following weeks for this pay cycle.
