Use of exclusive server pools

Hi,

I've a 4 node RAC cluster which we are using for Application Clustering. We are using ACFS and we have defined cluster type VIPs on which the Application would be configured.

We have a requirement where 2 VIPs, say app.A.vip and app.B.vip can't run on the same server. They may be up on any of the 4 nodes in the cluster but they shouldn't be running on same node at any given point of time.

I guess this is possible using the Exclusive Server_pools. Has anyone used it even before and any suggestions?
