Duplicate Contacts on Customer in Peoplesoft Financials

Is there a way around not creating duplicate contacts in PeopleSoft FInancials, if we want  to associate the same contact with the same customerfor different locations. For eg, If i have a contact who is going to be the ship to contact for all 3 locations of my company, curretnly in Peoplesoft we do not have a way to do this. We have to recreate the same person as 3 different contacts and associate him to the 3 locations of the same customer. Is there  a better way to handle this thereby eliminating the need to create duplicate contacts?
