Multi Text Fields

Got an email from an analyst.  Have no idea what the answer is.  Hope someone can help.

Hi Brian-
 
I am working on a report for $customer and I am coming across a few items where it needs to pull from the multitext fields.  Some of the fields are:  MULTITEXT50 from the unit serial number screen and  MULTITEXT50,  MULTITEXT60, MULTITEXT70, MULTITEXT41, MULTITEXT42, MULTITEXT43, MULTITEXT44, MULTITEXT45 all from the Service Analysis Information screen. 

Do you know what table/s in Agile holds this information?
