By loose definition, Context-Sensitive Help…
“Refers to a program feature that changes depending on what you are doing in the program. For example, context-sensitive help provides documentation for the particular feature that you are in the process of using.”

To access Context-Sensitive Help (CSH) within My Oracle Support, it’s as simple as clicking on    located the upper right corner of either My Oracle Support or My Oracle Support Communities.  The beauty of CSH is that it presents useful descriptions of features but it also takes into consideration your location within the support portal.  What I find most useful  is that CSH supplies alternate learning resources for people (myself including) that consume and process information in different ways.  There are some instances where I prefer to read information (in the form of a learn more, reference, and troubleshooting document) whereas other times a 2-3 minute video is preferable.

Howdy, Stranger!
