What are the steps To Use Data Masking With SQL SERVER and Sybase

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for some documentation about data masking, I'd like to know which are the available options to use this tool and the pre-requisites in the database. As I know we can apply a mask in columns using database admin page, but where I can find more information about the features of this product (course, otn,.) because one of the customer wants PoC for Data Masking Oracle, Sysbase, MS SQL Server. Can anyone point me to a white paper or technical "how to" “Step by Step”.
