Where do I configure in-transit time for Advanced Supply Chain Planning

I want to show 5 days transit between 2 orgs, and I want ASCP to always recognize that in-transit time in scheduling.  Where is it configured?  I tried in the inventory responsibility, Setup>Organizations> Inter-Location Transit Times, but my setup was not recognized by ASCP.  I am expecting the planned order for the supply  org to have a finish date 5 days before the start date of the planned order in the receiving org, but it is the same date.
