M5000 XSCF error

Hi,all

       Last nigt , I  add two memory boards in  a M5000 , the M5000 primary configuration as follows, I runs good .

I shutdown the Machine and add two memory(the memory size & PN are the same as primary) in slot 1 & 5 , then connect the power cables ,it repeates the follow error messages :
