Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

After Changing the Mehtod from null to other null Depreciaion is calculated for current period only

Hi

Some previously entered assets with date placed in service as 01-oct-05 were having depreciation method as null

In the current open period I had changed the Depreciation Method and of such assets to other than null

After running depreciation the system has calculated the depreciation for current month only and not for the previous period i.e from 01-oct-05
