Autoinvoice Master Program running long

Hello,
The seeded Autoinvoice master program is taking a long time to complete. It generally used to complete within 5 mins but now it is taking almost 12 or more mins.

Enabled the trace and tried to find but the trace file is not showing anything abnormal.

Any suggestions
