dpimp import, characterset conversion....

Dear All,

I migrated a 11.1.0.7 database into an 11.2.0.3 database using schema imports....

The 11.2.0.3 database was created using OUI and by default the NLS_CHARACTERSET is AL32UTF8.

The 11.1.0.7 database NLS_CHARACTERSET is  WE8IS08859P15.

During the import I had some errors of the following type:

ORA-02374: conversion error loading table "*********".SOLCOMPANYITEMATTRIBUTES"
ORA-12899: value too large for column ATTRIBUTEVALUE (actual: 2015, maximum: 2000)
ORA-02372: data for row: ATTRIBUTEVALUE : 'Vent Axia Centrif 250 single speed centrifugal ext'

ORA-02374: conversion error loading table "*********"."SOLCOMPANYITEMATTRIBUTES"
ORA-12899: value too large for column ATTRIBUTEVALUE (actual: 2001, maximum: 2000)
ORA-02372: data for row: ATTRIBUTEVALUE : 'Water Based Parts Washer 100 Litre  Highlights... '
