Order by in Report

 Hi,    In my customized report I am facing the problem of Order by,when I run the report from application then out put comes but not in order by manner,
   but when I run my  sql queries from toad then it comes in order by manner. I am facing this problem in Oracle Apps R-12, and I am using Report Builder 10.1.2.0.2
