Upgrade from 11.5.10.2(PSA) to 12.1.3(Federal)

Hi,

I am upgrading from 11.5.10.2 (PSA) to 12.1.3(Federal) and wanted to find out if there is a specifc list out there for the profile options that need to be changed/set to ensure the system is "Federalized".  I have already gone through the US Federal Financials guides and Payables/Payments guides on this but did not find any specifc information.

I would appreciate if any information is provided.
