Carrier and ship method restriction

Hello,

we have a prospects asking if OM can manage carrier and ship method restrictions according to item categories or packing instructions.
For example:

- for hazardous radioactive materials, I would like to see only special carriers that can handle those

- for containers like pallets, I would like to restrict the carriers to only the ones who can manage pallets

Do you know if this is feasible and how?
