Error in Oracle VM Server after installation

I have installed Oracle VM Server 3.0.3 after installation machine got rebooted successfully and console shows OVS is running with below error at the same time when checking xm list it gave the following error.
On console
Unable to determine running VM's. no xend?

Unable to determine memory status. no xend?


on another session
Unable to connect to xend : no such file or directory. is  xend running?

Please help me resolving this.
