Can I change the destination email for a "send_test"?

Hello,
If "asr send_test" is sending the test to an email I don't want, can I change it?

Would that mean that I should have used the MOS Account with the email I want while registering ASR-Manager?

If so and I did a mistake, can I correct with without reinstalling from the scratch?
