Do you have a link to the latest and greatest rate sheet for "Service Allotments for Oracle CRM On Demand"?  I am using Version 1.0 from July 2011 of this Oracle document.  Also, where w/n CRMOD can one find information about block purchasing history?  I looked all over w/o finding this information.  I am unable to balance file record and storage size allotments as reported in the UI to my purchased licenses and blocks.  As you can imagine this makes it difficult to determine how many blocks I need to plan for future years growth, and I do not want to have import services
