S_ORG_EXT table truncated by accident

Does anybody know how to fix the S_ORG_EXT table truncated by accident?

We are facing an issue in one of the Siebel environments (so called Data environment used for data migrations and other data exercises) once the S_ORG_EXT table was truncated by accident. There is no backup available.

Is there any sort of tool or magic steps to recover this.
