Downloading 1GB patch file dies.

I'm trying to download p8202632_10205_MSWIN-x86-64.zip from "My Oracle Support".  It says it is a 1.1GB file.  It keeps dying at somewhere between 35MB and 90MB after about 20 attempts.

Is there another mirror site that I might use to download this file?
