Prepayments Matching Program completed with Warning .....

Hi,

What is causing the Prepayments Matching Program to complete with warning message, when I reviewed the log file, the following were displayed.

Cash receipt ID: 1584

Customer Trx ID: 148365

Payment Schedule ID: 260235

Transaction Number: 624503

Payment Set ID: 10364

 

I am not able to obtain any useful information from metalink, has anybody encountered this type of issue and how did you resolve it. Appreciate your advice
